These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nat24 ("the Platform"), operated at https://nat24.pro. The Platform provides online cricket betting, live casino games, slots, fishing games, and crash games to eligible players. By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

To register and use nat24, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. nat24 performs age verification checks as part of the KYC process and will close any account that does not meet these criteria.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nat24 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate accounts are not permitted) with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

nat24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in account restriction and may prevent withdrawal of any pending balance.

Each eligible player may hold only one active nat24 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nat24 will never contact you by SMS, email, or phone call to ask for your password or one-time verification code.
• You must notify nat24 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or your credentials have been compromised.
• nat24 accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate permanent account closure.
• You must keep your registered contact details up to date. nat24 will use the mobile number and email address on record for all account communications, verification, and withdrawal processing.

All financial transactions on nat24 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nat24 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are specified on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. nat24 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit, unless verified by the KYC team.
• nat24 does not charge fees on standard bKash or Nagad deposits and withdrawals. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which nat24 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made via fraudulent, disputed, or reversed payment transactions will be reversed from your nat24 account balance and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• nat24 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation. Processing times may vary but nat24 aims to complete verified withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the payment terms on the withdrawals page.

nat24 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any transaction that appears inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be flagged for review. nat24 is not obligated to disclose the nature or status of any AML investigation to the account holder.

nat24 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire and are removed from the account without notice at the end of the validity period.
• nat24 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or modify any bonus at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or breach of these Terms.

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Once set, a deposit limit can only be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period.

• Cooling-off period: take a short break from betting and gaming for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without full self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period, deposits and bets are disabled.

• Registering more than one account, using another person's identity, or providing false registration details.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.

• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions imposed by nat24.

nat24 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended without prior notice, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and balances may be seized pending investigation. nat24 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required.

All content on the nat24 Platform — including but not limited to the nat24 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of nat24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of nat24. Any unauthorised use of nat24's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nat24 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, disconnections, or incomplete transactions where the outcome has already been determined by a certified RNG or live game feed.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside nat24's reasonable control, including mobile network outages, internet service provider failures, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if nat24 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nat24 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited activities, bonus abuse, or provision of false information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in nat24's verification request, or submission of forged or altered identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

On account closure initiated by nat24 for breach of Terms, any remaining balance after deduction of bonus funds and voided winnings will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Verified real-money balances unaffected by the breach may be returned at nat24's discretion. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact [email protected] and any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method.
